They are not SEO hosting provider so I was not sure if these packages have any value for me since I only use Linux VPS. Brustnet Closing Down

Brustnet have been in hosting market for over 10 years and they were specialized in providing cheap VPS and dedicated server solutions. They had mixed reviews just like most of low cost VPS providers since there are only few Budget VPS providers like Iniz vps hosting can keep providing a really good service and keep all clients happy with less downtime.

Anyway Back to the topic 25th last month they send mails to all their clients except for their CO-Location clients about this sad news. They are terminating services and closing down on 25th July. No point of talking about seasons but the main thing is they are having serious financial problems and even sued by several companies.

So now the biggest problem is what all these poor Brustnet clients would do or where to movie ? I think there are many vps and dedicated server providers offering promo deals for them but finding a good hosting provider and also moving everything again is a really a pain.

It's not easy to find a good vps provider who can offer same price rage as Brustnet used provide but There are couple of good cheap vps hosting providers out there. They are really good providers and I have used them for years also there's KnownHost but their prices bit high since they are a high-end server provider. If you are a BrustNet client then make sure to take a full backup right away. You can't be sure when they will down their servers even though they have given time till 25th. Don't wait till last second.

WeLoveServers Takeover Tuguhost

Last month I received a mail from Tuguhost stating WeLoveServers has bought Tuguhost so they are handling support and everything from now on. I hadn't heard about WeLoveServers hosting service before so I was curious about how think would end. I found they have staff members at WebHostingTalks forum, which is an very good sign. Also there were bad reviews about them. All negative reviews I found looks more like clients fault than providers. 

Tuguhost used to a good cheap web hosting provider with good uptime and even I have had an VPS with them. They had a great Promo offer last year for $20 per year VPS. I still have it and it's pretty good for that price. But back in February it had some down times and things got worse in March. They was a week long down time and Negative reviews started flooding in from angry clients.

I was really happy to see this merge because I had a feeling Tuguhost original owners are no longer able to handle things properly. But usual problem with this type of merge is clients get suspicious and start having problems. Fortunately in this case I think all Tuguhost clients were glad about merge and WeLoveServers hosting service has lived up to expectations. I haven't noticed any downtimes since then.

I have to remind everyone to make sure take backups no matter how good your hosting provider is. Sometimes things happen and Providers could go bankrupt or service could crash. Rather than blaming hosting providers later or regretting about it you should take timely backups.

BlackFriday is great time for finding cheap web hosting deals. I wanted to buy few good but ultra cheap shared hosting accounts from various providers so I have keep my eyes peels for this. Also I was looking for good VPS deals. There are so many people who were offering mouth watering web hosting deals for both Shared and VPS accounting but I had to make sure I only buy from providers who have a better reputation..

So I have several my own condition which I was search for these cheapest web hosting services. First to see if the provider has any negative reviews and why. This is important when you buy cheap hosting. Cheap means they have very little profit margin so you get less attention too. This is why I was search about Big companies with good offers. But I'm I found some small web hosting providers with really cool offers and they have been in this Web hosting field for a long time.

My price rage for shared hosting was $1 - $2. Yeah it's way too cheap but these accounts are not for big traffic sites. Also I was not looking for big stuff. My requirements were 15+ Addon domains, at least 1GB space, 10GB bandwidth, cPanel and other usual stuff like mail and mysql. I was interesting in buying C class IP for each of my shared packages but it's not something practical or web hosting providers like. It doesn't worth the hassle since it  they won't make much profit from it. I found couple of web hosting providers who offer dedicated IPs with shared hosting for $1 - $3 per month per IP but I chose only one of them since the provider given a great offer and also service seems very good.

I bought four shared hosting accounts from different web providers and One very cheap VPS account. No point of buying too many same times since these take time to check and test. Also Christmas is coming so there will be more offers soon. I'll review and talk about each of these web hosting packages in later posts.

BlueHost Cheap Shared Web Hosting

If Godaddy and Hostgator are the most popular shared web hosting providers then BlueHost probably have the third place. They are not the cheapest web hosting provider out there but they have same price offers like Godaddy or Hostgator. Also they do have their own data centers and very good US based support staff. As to Wikipedia BlueHost is one of the 20 largest web hosting companies in the world and They have over 1.9+ million domains along with their sister companies HostMonster and FastDomain. In 2012 they had paid over 5 million USD for their affiliates so what kind of big user based they must have !

BlueHost only seems to have one shared web hosting place which gives you all you want. Unlimited Bandwidth, unlimited storage, hosting unlimited number of domains etc. and monthly fee is $3.99 if you pay annually. They are known for their high quality support and they do have 2 Toll Free 24/7 working phone numbers. Only problem I noticed is I'm not sure if they offer cPanel or they have their own custom control pannel like Godaddy.

They offer VPS too but those are not cheap VPS hosting. lowest vps package cost you 30$ per month and you ge 1core, 2Gb RAM, 30GB space and 1TB bandwidth. Well might be good for  those won't want to go through all the technical problems and let support to take care of everything.

Even though BlueHost is not the cheapest web hosting provider in the block I think their price is same as Godaddy Economy shared hosting package. Price is same and Maybe BlueHost is offering you cPanel too. If they do then I think they might be better provider than Godaddy. They do have good affiliate program too. Which offer $65 per sale. It's a nice commission and makes to want to make an account there too.  :)

Iniz Budget VPS Hosting

I thought about writing a review about this budget vps provider for while now but haven't had a chance till now. Iniz budget vps service is owned & operated By Web Phase Limited, An  UK registered company. Their owner is an member in Web Hosting Talks (WHT) forum so you can even contact home if you have any problems or need to clear anything. Iniz is formally known as StormVZ and have been around for year or more. I saw their VPS offers and Thought to give it a chance. So I have been with them since last December and haven't had any serious trouble. For all these months I haven't had to use support tickets more then 2-3 times and had everything sorted out promptly.

They offer both InShore and OffShore VPS. if you want normal VPS then you can pick one of these locations , Atlanta (GA), Buffalo (NY), Chicago (IL), Los Angele (CA) and OffShore VPS from Alblasserdam (NL). They had UK vps too while I was buying mine but I can't see the option now in their site. Maybe these are way too expensive to provide as a budget service. You can Have Normal disk or upto 40 GB SSD Disk.

Their lowest priced vps package is $4.57 and you get  2 vCores, 256MB RAM, 256MB vSwap, 20GB disk space and 500GB bandwidth plus 1Gbps Port. The biggest package Listed in their site 18.30 USD and you get 4 vCores, 2048MB RAM, 2948 vSwap, 120GB disk space (or 40GB SSD) 2000GB BandWidth and a 1Gbps Port. I would rather say Low budget VPS since it is not cheap as some other offers in market. But they do offer good support and their servers are solid. These are unmanaged VPS so you have take care of installing control panels and other things. It's not that hard it took me only around 2 hours to get all done.

One plus point about Iniz vps is they do allow legal adult web sites to be hosted. They don't allow everything which usually not allowed but any budget vps provider like Mass Mailing / Spam Scripts, IRC Networks, Torrents & Warez, Minecraft, QEMU / Windows (yep no Windows stuff in OpenVZ plans) and other regular stuff like Streaming / TOR / Phishing Sites / Proxy Scanners / Public Proxies/VPNs  etc. Also You do your own File Backups I don't think they take responsibility for that (nobody does these days).

One thing you need to remember is like many other budget vps providers they do not offer refunds. They might do it if they feel they should like for rare case but don't expect it. After all they are budget VPS host. So If you want to try their service you might need to pay $5 and rent it for a month. If you are not happy with the service you can drop or just keep it. Make sure to read both TOS. Biggest mistake most people do is they don't read TOS till they get into some trouble and then try to put blame on provider. Read it before buying anything and ask questions and get things cleared.  Its the best way to have less headaches when you buy an VPS !

If you are looking for Web hosting providers who offer phone support I you will need to have a reasonable budget. Cheap web Hosting package providers or those who offer low budget solutions usually don't offer phone support. Also Web hosting providers who have out sourced their support process can't offer phone support either. Not when you have your Support center somewhere like India and Client base on Europe or North America. This is not web hosting providers fault. Who can offer $1 web hosting with phone support. Also probably one of the top 10 companies in Web hosting industry. Since they are a multinational company which probably own their own server farms you can be relay on their 100% uptime. You can pick Linux or Window hosting for same price. But if you need PHP then better go for Linux. One downside of Godaddy Hosting is they don't use cPanel as hosting control panel. They have their own hosting control panel which is not impressive as cPanel. Bit slow and they always change the interface. They advertize you get 24/7 phone support which I haven't used but their ticket system can take upto 24 hours to reply. But they do reply within 24 hours. Their support is getting better. Now they do have a well developed knowledge base which is very helpful. You can find most of information you need from that then contacting a support person. Since they have their own Data Center you rarely see any down time. for the 3 years I had been with Godaddy I don't think there was more than 2 down times. Their servers are pretty fast comparing with other cheap web hosting services.

I used Godaddy shared hosting for about 3 years. Reason I moved out was because my forum grown too big for Their shared hosting accounts. I started with economy account and then upgraded to Deluxe and finally to Ultimate account. But finally they contacted me and ask me to upgrade to their VPS or move out from them. I don't know if they still offer vps but those days their vps were too expensive. So I moved to a managed VPS. I had good uptime and sites were running fine. Only once we had a problem. Their severs had a massive script injection attack which caused US to down all our sites and clean those manually. Apart from that mess I had a pretty good time there. So if you are looking for cheap hosting provider then you should check Godaddy web hosting service too. I don't say Godaddy shared hosting is not the best hosting out there. But if you have a forum or site which need an small vps then you might able to survive at Godaddy for a while. You can't expect more than this for $3 per month. I have seen many just react like they heard about devil when someone ask if free web hosting is good or not.
